My name is Jenna Lewis. I am a pediatric dietitian, mom of two, and owner of Raising Eaters. Spending my entire career working in childhood nutrition and then becoming a mom has made me passionate about supporting parents and caregivers - YOU - as they navigate all things food when it comes to kids. That is why I started RE, to make nutrition support more accessible to busy families. I am so happy you are here!
As a Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist, I am credentialed to practice medical nutrition therapy. I also have my Masters in Nutrition Science and have spent my entire career working with school-age children. I focus on responsive feeding, individuality and intuitive eating.
Although my family and being a dietitian take up most of my time, I also genuienly love cooking. I spend my "me" time at local thrift stores or my favorite surf breaks. I am beyond lucky to live in Hawaii and if you look closely, you might notice some hints that I am also a Swiftie (big Taylor Swift fan).
I am a true Millennial but I am not an influencer. You can find me on Instagram or TikTok @raising.eaters if you want some more bite-sized information, dinner inspiration and scripts to use at meal times. But my focus is on supporting you - the caregiver looking for support - through authentic interactions and resources.
